SHOP TERMS AND POLICY

HOW TO USE THE PRODUCTS FROM MY SHOP

Please read carefully if you have any question regarding the use of my designs. The answer to your question will certainly be here!

SHOP INFOS

The shop is based in Portugal, Lisbon, located in Europe and all sales are charged in Euros. There is a currency converter to help you see how much the listings are converted to your currency. I currently only accept Paypal on this shop but working on having CC payment soon.

ORDER CANCELLATION & RETURNS

Digital products are final sales and therefore can't be refunded due to their nature. The files purchased are downloadable after purchase, no physical item will be sent to you.

CLIPARTS SETS, DIGITAL PAPERS & SCENE ILLUSTRATIONS

All files come in high resolution (RGB color profile, 300dpi)! PNG files have a transparent background and all downloaded files will not have any watermark on them!

These can be used as planner elements for goodies, stickers, stationery, scrapbooking projects, diy projects, fabrics, etc. They can also be used digitally on pictures, logos, blog/websites, personal or business branding and socials (like Instagram stories and highlights).

It is absolutely NOT ALLOWED to make profit from wallpapers featuring my cliparts. You can create wallpapers for personal use (if you won't share them distribute or share for others to use).

It is a requirement to purchase an extended commercial if you are planning on selling more than 150 copies on any product or do sell more than planned. However, every listing includes a basic License up to 150 sales.

Editing colors in any way is absolutely FORBIDDEN! This goes against the terms of my art, as it is considered trespassing my final product. Art is to be used as it is. Please contact me if any doubt, thank you so much.

The use of my art is checked to prevent abuse or terms trespassing. If you have any questions regarding the license use, please contact me and I'll happy to help you!

IMPORTANT INFOS BEFORE PURCHASING

Allowed use: Planner Shops (Digital or Printable Stickers are ok as long as the art is not easy to extract and must be sold as flattened file), Personal Scrapbook and Collage Projects, Instagram Story Highlights and Story Stickers, Personal Blogs and Logos ( as long as the art is not easy to extract, it can't be displayed as if, it must be layered with other elements), Stationery and Invitations.
Digital die-cuts or selling the PNG files as layered PSD files are not allowed.
Wallpapers for sale are not allowed (personal is ok but sharing them for others to use is not allowed).
It is absolutely forbidden and against the law to share, redistribute, resale, transfer or give away the purchased art in their original files.

The clipart can't be used as a trademark or any marketing material such as logos intended for sale.
The art cannot be sold as print and the use of on-demand platforms like redbubble are absolutely forbidden.
Other products that are not allowed: cellphone/iPad/laptop covers, bags, t-shirts, calendars, pillows

COMMERCIAL LICENSES

Upon purchase of the upgraded license, please specify in the notes to buyer section:

1. the web address where you will be selling your product or business name/social medias
2. the name of the set/collection you are licensing

Extended / Deluxe commercial license covers clipart set, fashion girls, paper set and scenes of the SAME COLLECTION. If you purchase listings from different collections then you'll need two licenses, one for each collection.

It is not allowed to claim the art as your own, purchasing it doesn't transfer its copyrights. All copyrights remain with Lilysdesk / LilysDeskArtStudio.
